### Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Review the items, quantities, delivery charges and order total before paying. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material pricing or availability error is found, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund required by law. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

### Prices and offers

All prices and charges are in United States dollars. The dollar sign ($) on this store means United States dollars. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Your card issuer or payment provider may charge its own conversion or other fees.

When displayed as active, Gravecrawler quantity promotions apply to eligible Gravecrawler products only: 40% off for one, 48% off for two, and 55% off for three or more. The qualifying quantity determines the offer. Optional services are excluded, and these offers cannot be combined with other discounts. Crossed-out totals shown with the offer are the current undiscounted product totals, not a claim about a previous selling price. Review the applied offer and final total before completing checkout.

### Product information

Gravecrawler is a decorative Halloween prop. Use it in accordance with the supplied instructions. Lifestyle images show staged settings; surrounding furniture, costumes and decorations are not included. Product information and any specific commitments made at the time of purchase form part of the order.

### Shipping, returns and consumer rights

Our [Shipping policy](/policies/shipping-policy) and [Returns and refunds policy](/policies/refund-policy) explain delivery and how to request help. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections, those protections take precedence. Optional paid services do not replace statutory rights.

### Using the website

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law permits it.

Our [Privacy policy](/policies/privacy-policy) explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and payment providers also process information needed to operate the store and complete payments.

### Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store. An update does not retrospectively remove rights or commitments attached to an existing order. If you have a complaint or question, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Your right to use a regulator, tribunal or court available under applicable law is unaffected.
