### Shipping and delivery

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. An address must be accepted at checkout before we can accept an order for delivery there. Prices are charged in United States dollars.

### Fulfilment and delivery estimates

Our estimated total delivery time is 6–13 calendar days from placing your order, including 1–3 calendar days of processing. Processing is part of the total estimate, not an additional period. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders may be fulfilled by our supplier partners, and actual timing can vary because of destination, carrier operations or customs. Contact [contact@crawlingzombie.com](mailto:contact@crawlingzombie.com) before ordering if you need an estimate or delivery by a particular date. We do not guarantee arrival before Halloween or another event unless we expressly agree to that deadline.

We will honour any shipping commitment made when you place your order. If we cannot meet it, we will explain the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. For orders covered by the US Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we have not stated a shipment period, the rule's 30-day shipment standard applies. If we cannot ship within the required period, we will give the required delay notice and obtain consent where required, or cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order. This is a dispatch rule, not a promise of delivery within 30 days.

### Tracking and delivery details

When tracking is available from the carrier, we will provide the details. Please check your delivery address before placing your order and contact us promptly about an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

### Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Contact us with your order number if your parcel is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Purchasing shipping protection is not a condition of receiving the delivery remedies you are legally entitled to.

### International charges

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs procedures or import charges. Checkout shows charges collected with your order. Contact us before ordering if the treatment of import charges for your destination is unclear. Any allocation of these charges is subject to applicable law.

### Priority shipping

Priority shipping is currently unavailable. If offered later, it will use an alternative shipping route, with its price and eligible destinations disclosed before purchase. It will not guarantee a particular delivery date unless a specific guarantee is stated.
